Processing

Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, holidays excluded). You’ll receive tracking once dispatched.

Carriers & rates     

We use USPS with automated real-time rates at checkout. Delivery estimates (after dispatch):

USPS Standard: 3–7 business days (U.S.)

Shipping areas

United States (additional destinations may be added later). Certain items may be unavailable in some jurisdictions due to CBD/hemp regulations.

Delivery issues

If tracking shows Delivered but you can’t locate the package, please check with household members/neighbors and contact USPS. Then email us within 3 business days so we can help.

Weather and carrier delays are outside our control, but we’ll advocate for you.

Address accuracy

Please confirm your shipping address at checkout; we’re not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

Order verification

To prevent fraud, we may request additional verification or cancel/refund orders we cannot verify.
